The Products & Inventory section covers everything related to your product catalog and stock management in Accoraze.

What's Covered

• Product List — View and manage your full product catalog
• Create a Product — Add new products with details like name, price, SKU, and barcode
• SKU & Barcode — Understanding SKU and barcode fields in V1
• Inventory Overview — Monitor stock levels across all products
• Stock Quantity & Logs — Track inventory movements and changes
• Import & Export — Bulk add or export products using CSV files

V1 Limitations

In V1, you can store a barcode value and SKU on each product. However:

• Barcode scanning during POS — Not available in V1. You search for products by name or browse the catalog at the point of sale.
• Advanced barcode/QR workflows — Planned for V2 and V3

Getting Started

1. Create your products with names, prices, and SKU values
2. Import existing products in bulk if you have many items
3. Monitor stock levels from the Inventory Overview
4. Review Stock Quantity Logs to see all inventory changes

When a product's stock falls below a set threshold, Accoraze can alert you. See Low Stock Alerts for information on how dashboard alerts work.
