Product List

Overview

The Product List shows every product in your catalog. From here you can search, filter, edit, or delete products. This is your central hub for managing the items you sell.

Accessing the Product List

Go to Products in the sidebar. You will see the full product list with basic information for each item.

What Each Product Shows

Each product in the list displays:

Product name
SKU (if set)
Category
Selling price
Current stock quantity
Status (active / inactive)

Searching and Filtering

Search by Name

Use the search bar at the top of the product list to find products by name. Start typing and the list filters in real time.

Filter by Category

If you have products in different categories, use the category filter to show only items in a specific category.

Filter by Stock Status

Filter to show only products that are:

In stock — quantity above low stock threshold
Low stock — quantity at or below the low stock threshold
Out of stock — quantity is zero

Bulk Actions

From the product list you can:

Select multiple products and update their stock quantity
Export selected products to CSV
Delete multiple products (with confirmation)

Select products by checking the box next to each item, or select all by checking the header checkbox.

Adding a New Product

Click Add Product or New Product at the top of the list. See Create a Product for the full walkthrough.

Click the menu icon (three dots) next to any product to:

Edit — Open the product for editing
View Stock Logs — See all inventory movements for this product
Duplicate — Create a copy of the product with a new name
Delete — Remove the product (with confirmation)

Deleting a product does not affect historical sales records.
