Create a Product
Add products to your catalog with name, price, SKU, and stock information.
Overview
Adding products to Accoraze is straightforward. Each product has a name, price, and optional details like SKU, barcode, and stock quantity. Products are organized in your catalog and can be sold through the POS or managed through orders.
Required Information
- Product Name — The display name shown in the POS and on documents
- Price — The selling price (can be updated later)
Optional but Recommended
- SKU — Your internal product code or reference number
- Barcode — A barcode value for your product
- Stock Quantity — Current stock level for inventory tracking
- Category — Group products by type for easier management
- Description — Additional details about the product
Low Stock Alerts
When you set a stock quantity, you can also configure a low stock threshold. When the stock falls below this number, Accoraze displays a low stock alert on the dashboard.
