Profile

Update your personal account information and password.

Overview

Your Profile contains your personal Accoraze account details. This is separate from your business information — it covers your login email, your display name, and your password.

Accessing Your Profile

Go to Settings → Profile or click your account name/menu at the top of the screen.

What You Can Update

Email Address

Your email address is your login identifier for Accoraze. To change it:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Enter your new email address
  3. Save the changes
  4. A verification email is sent to the new address — click the link to confirm the change

If you cannot access your current email, contact support for assistance.

Display Name

Your display name appears in activity logs and notifications. To update it:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Update your name
  3. Save the changes

Password

To change your password:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile → Change Password
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. Save the changes

Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.

Security Recommendations

  • Use a unique password — Do not reuse passwords from other services.
  • Enable email verification — Make sure your email is verified so you can receive password reset emails.
  • Review security logs — Check your Security Logs regularly for any unfamiliar login activity.

Profile vs. Business Information

Your profile is personal to your account. The business information (name, address, logo) appears on invoices and receipts and is managed separately under Settings → Business Information.
