Accoraze
Getting Started

Email Verification

Verify your email address to activate your Accoraze account.

Why Verification Is Required

Accoraze sends a verification email to the address you used during sign-up. Verifying your email confirms that the address is valid and owned by you. This is required before you can fully use your account.

What Happens After Sign-Up

  1. You receive an email from no-reply@accoraze.com (or the platform email address) with the subject line: Verify your Accoraze account
  2. Click the Verify Email button or link in the email
  3. You are redirected to Accoraze and your account is activated

Resending the Verification Email

If you did not receive the email:

  1. Sign in to app.accoraze.com with your credentials
  2. You may see a prompt to resend the verification email
  3. Click Resend and check your inbox again

Check Your Spam Folder

Verification emails can sometimes be filtered into spam or junk folders. If you do not see it in your inbox, check those folders and mark the email as Not Spam to ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.

Email Delivery Issues

If verification emails are not arriving at all, check the following:

  • The email address you entered is correct
  • Your inbox is not full
  • Your email provider is not blocking messages from the platform

If the problem persists, contact support from your account with your email address and a description of the issue.

After Verification

Once your email is verified, you can:

  • Sign in without restrictions
  • Receive password reset emails
  • Receive account-related notifications
  • Create or join a business

System Email vs Business Email

It is important to understand the two types of emails in Accoraze:

  • System emails (password resets, account verification, security notifications) are sent from the Accoraze platform email address, regardless of your SMTP settings
  • Business emails (invoices, receipts, order confirmations sent to your customers) are sent from your own business email address — this requires SMTP configuration

Email verification and password reset emails always work because they use the platform email system, not your business SMTP.
