What Is a Business in Accoraze?
In Accoraze, a business is your company or organization. Each business has its own workspace with products, customers, orders, reports, and team members. When you create your account, you create your first business at the same time.
Creating Your First Business
When you sign in for the first time, follow the on-screen prompts to set up your business:
- Business Name — Enter your official business name as it should appear on invoices and receipts
- Industry — Select your industry from the list (e.g., retail, wholesale, food & beverage)
- Business Type — Choose the legal structure of your business (e.g., sole proprietorship, company)
- Country / Region — Select your operating country
- Currency — Choose the default currency for your business
Business Address
Fill in your business address details:
- Street address
- City
- State / Province / Region
- Postal / ZIP code
- Country
- Phone number
- Email address
This address appears on invoices and other documents generated by Accoraze. Make sure it is accurate.
Who Can Create a Business
Only the account holder who signs up can create the first business. After that, business admins can manage business details.
Managing Business Settings Later
After the initial setup, you can update your business information at any time from:
- Settings → Business Information — update name, address, contact details
- Settings → Branding — upload your logo and set brand colors
- Settings → SMTP — configure your business email for sending invoices and receipts
See the Account & Business Setup section for detailed guides on each setting.
Business Timezone and Language
Accoraze uses your browser's timezone for displaying dates and times in reports and logs. To change this, update your account profile settings.
Creating Additional Businesses
Accoraze supports managing multiple businesses from a single account. To create another business:
- Go to your account settings or business switcher
- Select Create New Business or Add Business
- Follow the same setup steps
You can switch between businesses from the dashboard without needing separate login credentials.
Default Business Roles
When you create a business, your account is assigned the Super Admin role, which gives you full access to all business features including settings, user management, and billing.
You can then invite team members and assign them appropriate roles.
