Invite a User

Add team members to your Accoraze business by sending an invitation email.

Overview

You can invite team members to join your Accoraze business. Each person you invite gets their own login and can be assigned a role that controls their access.

Before You Start

  • You need Admin or Super Admin access to invite users
  • The person you invite must have a valid email address
  • They should already have an Accoraze account, or they can create one after accepting the invitation

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Users or the Users section in the sidebar
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Select a role for them (see Roles Overview for role descriptions)
  5. Click Send Invitation

The person receives an invitation email with a link to join your business.

After Sending an Invitation

The invited person can:

  • Click the link in the invitation email
  • Sign in or create an Accoraze account
  • Accept the invitation to join your business

Once accepted, they appear in your user list and can access features based on their assigned role.
