Users, Roles & Permissions
User List
View all users who have access to your Accoraze business.
Overview
The User List shows everyone who has access to your Accoraze business — including their roles, status, and when they joined. From here, admins can manage team access.
Accessing the User List
Go to Settings → Users or Users in the sidebar.
What Each User Shows
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | User's display name |
| Their Accoraze login email | |
| Role | Their assigned role (Super Admin, Admin, Manager, Store Keeper, Staff) |
| Status | Active, Pending, or Deactivated |
| Joined | When they accepted the invitation |
| Last Active | When they last signed in |
User Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | User has accepted the invitation and can access the business |
| Pending | Invitation sent but not yet accepted |
| Deactivated | User's access has been removed but their account still exists |
Managing Users
Invite a New User
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Click Send Invitation

Change a User's Role
- Find the user in the list
- Click the edit icon or the role field
- Select a new role
- Confirm the change
Only admins and super admins can change roles.
Deactivate or Remove a User
- Find the user in the list
- Click the menu icon (three dots)
- Select Deactivate or Remove

Pending Invitations
If an invitation has been sent but not yet accepted:
- The user appears in the list with Pending status
- You can resend the invitation by clicking the resend option
- You can cancel the pending invitation
User Limits by Plan
Your subscription plan limits how many users you can have. If you reach the limit, you cannot invite new users until you deactivate existing ones or upgrade your plan.
