Accept an Invitation

How a new user accepts an invitation and joins an Accoraze business.

Overview

When a business admin sends you an invitation to join their Accoraze workspace, you receive an email with a link to accept. This guide explains what happens and how to complete the process.

What You Need Before Starting

  • A valid email address (the one the invitation was sent to)
  • An existing Accoraze account, OR the ability to create one

Steps to Accept an Invitation

Step 1 — Open the Invitation Email

  1. Open the email from no-reply@accoraze.com (or the platform email address)
  2. Click the invitation link

If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 2 — Sign In or Create an Account

If you already have an Accoraze account:

  1. Click the invitation link
  2. If you are not already signed in, sign in with your existing credentials
  3. You are redirected to accept the invitation

If you do not have an Accoraze account:

  1. Click the invitation link
  2. Click Create Account or Sign Up
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the verification link
  5. Return to the invitation link and accept it

Step 3 — Accept the Invitation

Once signed in:

  1. Review the invitation details — which business you are being invited to and what role you will have
  2. Click Accept Invitation or Join Business

Step 4 — Access the Business

After accepting, you are taken to the business workspace. You can now see the business in your Accoraze dashboard and access features based on your assigned role.

Viewing Your Businesses

When you log in to Accoraze, you can switch between businesses you are a member of using the business switcher at the top of the dashboard.

Your Role

Your role determines what you can see and do within the business. See Roles Overview for details on what each role can access.

Changing Your Role

Only business admins can change your role. Contact your business admin if you need more access or if your responsibilities change.

Troubleshooting

Contact the admin who sent the invitation and ask them to resend it.

You already have an account but cannot accept

Make sure you are signed in with the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you use a different email, the invitation will not apply to that account.

The invitation does not appear

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Contact the admin to resend the invitation
  3. Make sure you are checking the inbox of the email address the invitation was sent to
