Inviting a User

  1. Go to Settings → Users or the Users section
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Select a role for them
  5. They receive an invitation email and can accept to join your business

The user's global Accoraze account is not deleted when removed from a business. They retain their account and can be invited to other businesses.

User Account vs. Business Access

It is important to understand:

  • A user account is the person's login to the Accoraze platform
  • Business access is what they can do within a specific business
  • Removing someone from a business does not delete their account
  • They can be invited to other businesses or re-invited later
