What features and limits apply to each Accoraze plan.

Overview

Each Accoraze plan has specific limits on features and usage. Understanding these limits helps you choose the right plan and know what to expect as your business grows.

User Limits

User limits apply to the number of people who can be invited to your business at one time. If you reach the limit, you must deactivate or remove existing users before inviting new ones.

Product Limits

If you reach the product limit, you cannot add new products until you delete existing ones or upgrade your plan.

SMTP configuration lets you send invoices, receipts, and other emails from your own business email address. Without SMTP, customer emails are not sent automatically.

What Happens When You Hit a Limit

  • Users — You cannot invite new users until you remove existing ones
  • Products — You cannot create new products until you delete existing ones
  • Storage — If storage limits apply, you may be notified when approaching capacity

To remove limits, consider upgrading your plan. Contact support for Custom plan requirements.

Monitoring Your Usage

You can view your current usage (users, products, storage) in your account settings. This helps you plan upgrades before hitting hard limits.
