Backup Options

Local Backup

You can download a complete backup of your business data to your local device. This includes:

Product catalog
Customer and supplier records
Sales and order history
Expense records

Download backups regularly and store them in a safe location.

Google Drive Backup

If configured, Accoraze can automatically sync backups to your connected Google Drive account. This provides:

Off-server storage
Automatic backup scheduling
Access from any device with Google Drive

Data Safety Best Practices

Backup regularly — Do not rely solely on automatic backups. Download local copies periodically.

Accoraze manages server-side backups as part of its infrastructure. These internal backups are not accessible to business users. The user-configurable backup options (local and Google Drive) give you additional control over your data.
