See Google Drive Backup for setup instructions.
Data Safety Best Practices
- Backup regularly — Do not rely solely on automatic backups. Download local copies periodically.
- Store backups securely — Keep backup files in a secure location with limited access.
- Test restore — If possible, verify that your backups can be restored.
- Limit access — Only trusted admins should have access to backup settings.
What Accoraze Handles
Accoraze manages server-side backups as part of its infrastructure. These internal backups are not accessible to business users. The user-configurable backup options (local and Google Drive) give you additional control over your data.
