Activity Logs
Activity logs show a record of important actions taken within your business, such as:
- New products added or edited
- Sales processed
- Expenses recorded
- User invites sent
- Settings changes
This helps you track changes and identify any unusual activity.
Security Logs
Security logs track account-level events, including:
- Successful and failed login attempts
- Password change requests
- Email verification events
- Session activity
Review these logs regularly to ensure your account has not been accessed by unauthorized persons.
Password Reset
If you forget your password:
- Go to the Accoraze login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
The password reset email is sent from the Accoraze platform email address. It works regardless of your SMTP settings.
Email Verification
If you need to verify your email address again (e.g., after signing up), see Email Verification for instructions.
Keeping Your Account Secure
- Use a strong, unique password
- Do not share your login credentials
- Review security logs regularly
- Invite only trusted users to your business
- Remove or deactivate users who no longer need access
