Activity Logs
View a log of all actions taken within your Accoraze business account.
Overview
Activity Logs record every significant action taken within your Accoraze business. They create an audit trail that helps you track changes, identify issues, and understand who did what and when.
Accessing Activity Logs
Go to Settings → Activity Logs or Logs → Activity.
What Activity Logs Record
Activity logs track actions such as:
- Products added, edited, or deleted
- Stock adjustments made
- Customers added or edited
- Expenses recorded or modified
- Orders created, completed, or cancelled
- Users invited or removed
- Business settings changed
- Branding updated
What Each Log Entry Shows

| Date & Time | When the action occurred |
| User | Who performed the action (name and email) |
| Action | What was done (e.g., "Added product", "Updated expense") |
| Details | Additional context about the action (e.g., product name, amount) |
| IP Address | Where the action originated (for security purposes) |
Using Activity Logs
Track Changes
If you notice unexpected data changes (e.g., a product's price was modified), check the activity log to see who made the change and when.
Monitor Team Activity
Review logs to understand what your team is doing in the system — who is adding products, who is processing sales, and who is making adjustments.
Audit Trail
Activity logs provide a paper trail for business audits. When reviewing financial records, the activity log shows who recorded each transaction.
Investigating Issues
If a user reports a problem, the activity log can show what actions were taken before the issue occurred — helping identify the cause.
Filtering Activity Logs
By User
Filter to see only actions by a specific team member.
By Action Type
Filter by the type of action (e.g., only product changes, only expense entries).
By Date Range
View logs for a specific period — today, this week, this month, or a custom range.
Who Can View Activity Logs

Store Keepers may see activity related to products and inventory, but not financial or user management actions.
Limitations
- Activity logs track actions within Accoraze. Actions taken outside the platform (e.g., emails sent through SMTP) may not appear.
- Logs are retained for a set period. Very old logs may no longer be available.
- Individual field-level changes (e.g., which specific field was changed) may not be detailed — the log shows the action but not the before/after values for all changes.
Security Note
If you notice activity from a user or IP address you do not recognize, review your Security Logs and consider changing your password. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
