Business Information
Edit your business name, address, contact details, and registration info.
Overview
Your Business Information appears on all documents generated by Accoraze — invoices, receipts, delivery slips, and expense vouchers. Keeping this accurate ensures customers and suppliers have correct details when they receive documents from you.
Accessing Business Information
Go to Settings → Business Information.
Fields You Can Set
Business Name
The official name of your business. This appears in the header of all documents. Use your registered business name as it should appear to customers.
Business Type
Select the legal structure of your business (e.g., sole proprietorship, company, partnership). This is for your own records and may appear on some documents.
Industry
Select your industry from the available options (e.g., retail, wholesale, food & beverage). This helps Accoraze optimize certain features for your business type.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|

| Website | Your business website (optional) |
Business Address
Fill in the complete address:
- Street address
- City
- State / Province / Region
- Postal / ZIP code
- Country
This address appears below your business name on all PDFs. Make sure it is accurate and matches what you use on official documents.
Tax ID / Registration Number
If your business has a tax ID, VAT number, or registration number, enter it here. This may appear on invoices depending on your region's requirements.
How This Appears on Documents
Your business information is used on:
- Invoice PDFs — Business name, address, contact details, and tax ID
- Receipt PDFs — Business name and contact information
- Delivery Slips — Sender address for shipments
- Expense Vouchers — Business details for internal records
Before Issuing Documents
Make sure your business information is complete and accurate before sending invoices or receipts to customers. Any changes you make will apply to all future documents — existing PDFs already downloaded will not be updated automatically.
Branding vs. Business Information
