Overview

Accoraze can generate professional PDF documents for your business transactions. These documents include your business branding (logo and colors) set in your account.

What's Covered

Invoice PDF — Generate and send professional invoices to customers
Receipt PDF — Download or print receipts for completed sales
Delivery Slip — Create delivery slips to accompany shipped or delivered orders
Expense Voucher — Generate vouchers for recorded expenses

Document Branding

All generated PDFs use your business branding:

Your logo uploaded in Settings → Branding
Your business name and address from Settings → Business Information
Your brand colors if configured

Make sure these details are set up before generating documents for customers.

Invoice Email Delivery

To send invoices by email directly to customers, you need to configure SMTP email settings. Without SMTP:

Invoices can still be downloaded as PDFs
Customers will not receive emails automatically

PDF Generation

PDFs are generated directly in the browser. No server-side rendering is needed. You can:

Download the PDF to your device
Print it directly from the browser
Send it by email (if SMTP is configured)

Discounts and Payment Status

Invoices and receipts display:

Subtotal, discounts applied, and final amount
Payment status — paid, partially paid, or due
Amount remaining if not fully paid

SMTP Settings — Email delivery configuration
