Getting Started
What is Accoraze?
Accoraze is a SaaS business management platform for small and growing businesses. It brings together POS, inventory, orders, customers, expenses, and reports into one organized system.
Who can use Accoraze?
Any business owner, manager, store keeper, or staff member. Accoraze is designed for retail shops, e-commerce businesses, and growing SMBs that need a simple way to manage their operations.
How do I create an account?
Go to app.accoraze.com and click Sign Up. Enter your email address and create a password. Check your inbox for a verification email to activate your account.
Features
Can I use Accoraze for point of sale?
Yes. Accoraze includes a built-in POS system for processing sales, generating receipts, and tracking orders. See the POS, Orders & Sales section for details.
Can I manage inventory?
Yes. Accoraze tracks stock levels per product, logs inventory movements, and displays alerts for low stock items. See Products & Inventory for details.
Can I invite staff members?
Yes. You can invite team members by email and assign them roles that control what they can access. See Users, Roles & Permissions for details.
Does Accoraze have a mobile app?
No. Accoraze does not have a dedicated mobile app in V1. The platform works on mobile browsers, with an optimized layout for smaller screens. The POS module is best used on a tablet or desktop.
Documents & Email
Can I send invoices by email?
Yes, but only if you have configured your business SMTP settings. Without SMTP, invoices can still be downloaded as PDFs. See Email & SMTP Settings.
What is business SMTP and why do I need it?
Business SMTP allows Accoraze to send emails — such as invoices, receipts, and order confirmations — from your own business email address. This makes communications look professional and trusted. See Email & SMTP Settings for setup instructions.
What happens if SMTP is not configured?
System emails (password resets, account verification) still work because they use the Accoraze platform email. Customer-facing emails (invoices, receipts) will not be sent until you configure SMTP.
What is the difference between platform email and business SMTP?
Platform email handles system-level messages like password resets and account verification — these always work. Business SMTP sends customer-facing messages from your own email address — these require SMTP configuration.
Data & Import
Can I export my data?
Yes. Accoraze supports CSV export for products, customers, suppliers, orders, and expenses. See Import & Export.
Can I import data from another system?
Yes. You can import data from CSV files. Download the official templates from Accoraze, fill in your data, and upload. See Import & Export for step-by-step instructions.
Does Accoraze have a REST API?
API access may be available on higher-tier plans. Contact support for information about API availability for your plan. API documentation is not included in V1.
Barcode & Scanning
Can I use barcode scanning in V1?
In V1, you can store a barcode or SKU value on each product. However, barcode scanning during POS transactions (e.g., scanning to add items to a sale) is not available in V1. Products are searched or browsed by name at the point of sale.
Are advanced barcode or QR workflows available?
Not in V1. Advanced barcode scanning and QR workflow features are planned for future versions.
Account & Access
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Accoraze login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the reset email.
Can I remove a user from my business?
Yes. As an admin, you can remove or deactivate users from your business. The user's global Accoraze account is not deleted — only their access to your business is revoked. See Remove or Deactivate a User.
Can one person have accounts in multiple businesses?
Yes. An Accoraze account can be part of multiple businesses. You can switch between businesses from the dashboard without needing separate logins.
Support
How do I get support?
Sign in to your Accoraze account and go to the Support section to submit a request. The support team will respond through the platform. Response time depends on your plan. See Support for details.
