Overview

Accoraze provides built-in reporting tools to help you understand your business performance. Reports are generated from your actual sales, expense, and order data.

Report Types

Sales Reports

Shows total revenue, number of transactions, average transaction value, and sales by product or category. Filter by date range to see specific periods.

Expense Reports

Lists all recorded expenses grouped by category. Useful for identifying where your money is going and for preparing financial records.

Profit & Revenue

Combines sales and expense data to show your net profit over a given period. This helps you understand whether your business is profitable after all costs.

Dashboard KPIs

The main dashboard displays summary cards with today's sales, orders, expenses, and alerts. These update in real time as transactions are recorded.

Using Reports

  1. Go to Reports in the sidebar
  2. Select the report type you need
  3. Choose a date range or period
  4. Review the data

Reports reflect the data entered into Accoraze. Make sure your sales, expenses, and products are up to date for accurate reporting.

Data Accuracy

Reports are only as accurate as the data you enter. Regularly recording expenses and processing sales through the POS ensures your reports reflect the true state of your business.
