Dashboard KPIs
The key metrics shown on your Accoraze dashboard and what they mean.
Overview
Your Accoraze Dashboard shows real-time key performance indicators (KPIs) at a glance. These metrics help you quickly understand your business health without having to dig into detailed reports.
What the Dashboard Shows
Today's Sales
The total revenue generated from sales completed today. This includes all completed POS transactions and processed orders.
Orders Today
The number of orders placed today — including completed sales, held orders, and invoices.
Expenses Today
The total value of expenses recorded today. This helps you see if your daily spending is in line with expectations.
Low Stock Alerts
A count of products whose stock has fallen to or below their low stock threshold. Click to see which products need restocking.
Real-Time Updates
Dashboard metrics update automatically as you:
- Complete sales through the POS
- Record expenses
- Adjust stock levels
There is no need to refresh — the dashboard is live.
Dashboard vs. Detailed Reports
| Dashboard | Detailed Reports | |
|---|---|---|
| Updates | Real time | When you run the report |
| Scope | Today's snapshot | Custom date ranges |
| Depth | Summary only | Full breakdowns |
| Filters | Basic | Date, category, customer, etc. |
For deeper analysis, use the Reports section.
Customizing the Dashboard
Dashboard widgets are determined by your plan and role:
- Store Keeper sees inventory and stock alerts primarily
- Staff sees POS-related metrics
- Manager/Admin sees full overview including sales and expenses
Some widgets may require specific plan access.
Quick Actions
The dashboard also provides quick action buttons for common tasks:
- New Sale — open the POS immediately
- Add Product — go to product creation
- Add Expense — record an expense
- New Order — create a customer order
These shortcuts help you perform common tasks without navigating through the menu.
