Customers & Suppliers
Import & Export Customers & Suppliers
Bulk import or export customers and suppliers using CSV files.
Overview
You can bulk import or export customer and supplier records using CSV files. This is useful when migrating from another system, adding many contacts at once, or backing up your contact database.

- Click Download Template
- Save the CSV file

Updating Existing Records
To update existing records via import:
- Export your current records
- Update the values in the CSV
- Re-import — records are matched by name or email
- Review the preview and confirm
Combining with General Import/Export
The Import & Export section covers the general import/export process across all modules. The steps here are the same — only the module and template differ.
Limitations
- Import works from CSV only.
- Large imports may take a moment to process. Keep the browser open during import.
- Import is one-directional (CSV to Accoraze). Use export to create backups or migrate to another system.
