Customer Management
Add, edit, view, and manage your customer list.
Overview
The Customer Management page lets you keep records of everyone who buys from your business. Having organized customer records helps with tracking sales history, sending invoices, and managing relationships.
Accessing Customer Management
Go to Customers in the sidebar. You will see the full customer list with basic information for each record.
What Each Customer Record Contains
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Customer's full name or business name |

| Phone | Contact phone number |
| Address | Billing or delivery address |
| Total Orders | Number of orders placed |
| Total Spent | Total amount spent across all orders |

Adding a Customer
- Go to Customers
- Click Add Customer or New Customer
- Fill in the customer details
- Save the record
Minimum Information Required
- Name — Required. The customer's display name.
- Email — Optional but recommended. Needed for sending invoices and receipts by email.
- Phone — Optional. Useful for order follow-ups and delivery coordination.
Additional Information
You can also record:
- Company name (for business customers)
- Tax ID (for B2B transactions)
- Notes — any relevant information about the customer
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar to find customers by name or email. Filter options allow you to view customers by:
- Recent activity
- Order count
- Amount spent
Editing a Customer
- Find the customer in the list
- Click the edit icon or customer name
- Update the details
- Save the changes
Customer Purchase History
Click on a customer to see their full purchase history — all orders, invoices, and receipts associated with their account. This helps you understand their buying patterns and provides context when speaking with them.
Deleting a Customer
To delete a customer:
- Find the customer in the list
- Click the menu icon (three dots)
- Select Delete
Deleting a customer removes their record from Accoraze. It does not affect historical orders or sales records — those are tied to transactions, not customer profiles. A customer cannot be deleted if they have active orders.
Importing Customers
If you have existing customer data in a spreadsheet, you can import it in bulk. See Customers & Suppliers Import & Export for instructions.
