This is the most commonly used import, especially when migrating from another system or adding a large catalog at once.

Customers

Import and export your customer database:

  • Name, email, phone, address
  • Company name, tax ID (if applicable)
  • Notes

Customer import is useful when setting up Accoraze for the first time or migrating from another system.

  • Notes

Useful for migrating supplier lists or keeping your supplier database in sync.

Orders

Order export is primarily for backup and reporting purposes. Importing orders requires careful formatting to match existing records.

For these, data must be managed manually within the platform.
